Ricardo Fuller will not face charges over the incident

Premier League footballer Ricardo Fuller will not face charges over an alleged assault in a Stoke-on-Trent nightclub.

The Stoke City striker was arrested following an incident in the JFK Nightclub in Trinity Street, Hanley.

A Staffordshire Police spokesman said: "A 30-year-old man arrested in relation to an incident in a nightclub has had his bail conditions cancelled."

The Jamaican international was held during the early hours of 7 Feburary.
