Wind turbine plans go on display

Proposals for two 50ft (15.2m) wind high turbines in the north Staffordshire countryside have been put on display.

Staffordshire County Council wants to develop an energy centre at Apedale Country Park in Knutton.

The plans can be viewed at Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council's offices and at Silverdale library.

Residents are being asked to look at the proposals and give their views to the council.
