Police are treating the death of a woman whose body was found behind a house as murder.

Samantha Bennett, of Queens Avenue, Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent, was found in Blake Street, Burslem, on Wednesday.

A post-mortem examination has revealed the 19-year-old died from head injuries.
