City hosts forced marriage debate
A national conference which will discuss forced marriages is to be hosted in Stoke-on-Trent.

Staffordshire Police said it was keen for the event to be held in the city to get people talking about "what can be a taboo subject".

The conference, which will be held in April, is being financed by Stoke businessman Mo Chaudry.

Government ministers and prominent figures from the community are expected to attend.
