An illegal trader is to have £272,400 confiscated from him.
The money is a fraction of the £2.5m Jatinder Bains stood to get, along with others, from a counterfeit perfume scam which police uncovered.
The 26-year-old, of Whitmore Heath, Stoke-on-Trent, is serving a 27-month sentence for conspiracy offences.
Staffordshire Police found more than 25,000 bottles of fake perfume when they raided a factory unit in Sheldon earlier this year.
Mr Bains was sentenced in April.
The confiscation hearing was held at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court.
