The family of a man who died after being found in a street with head injuries said he was a "devoted dad".

Father-of-two Daron Hargreaves, 32, from Stoke-on-Trent, died on 22 December after being found in Chell Green Avenue in the city.

He lived in Chell Green with his fiancee Emma Wyatt, 26, and their sons Owen Paul, five, and Lloyd, three.

In a statement, his family described him as a "fantastic dad and a great uncle" who made everyone feel special.

"Daron was an outgoing person, with a lively personality. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him," the statement said.
