Safety probe after man found dead
Police and health and safety experts are investigating a man's death at a cargo unloading terminal.

Ambulance crews found a man lying under a metal gate at the terminal in Turner Close, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, on Tuesday evening.

The man, who was in his 40s and from the Kidsgrove area, was pronounced dead at the scene.

A police spokesman said investigations were continuing and the incident was not being treated as suspicious.
