A coroner has recorded a verdict of accidental death in the case of a toddler found dead in a sheep dip on his parents' farm.
Two-year-old Samuel Bradbury's body was found on 13 October, 2005, at Waterhouse Farm, Onecote, near Leek, Staffordshire.
Staffordshire Police and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) launched an investigation into the incident.
The verdict was recorded after a hearing at Hartshill Coroner's Court.
The toddler's body was found 30 minutes after he had been reported missing.
