Party for heart attack survivors

People who have survived a heart attack thanks to Staffordshire Ambulance Service are being invited to a party.

It will hold a 'grand survivors' reunion so that people can meet those who helped to save their life.

The trust said it decided to organise a gathering after receiving many letters of thanks from the public.

The service has claimed that its paramedics are now saving more lives compared to other services of a similar size.
