Police name theme park death boy
An eight-year-old boy who died after he became ill while staying at a hotel at Alton Towers theme park has been named.

Alexander Zographides, from Eaton Avenue, East Barnet, north London, is believed to have suffered breathing difficulties early on Monday.

An ambulance was called and he was taken to the University Hospital of North Staffordshire where he died.

A post-mortem examination is due to take place later but police are not treating the death as suspicious.
