Call for inquiry into boy's death
There are calls for a public inquiry into the death of a 10-year-old boy who it is claimed waited 90 minutes for an ambulance following an asthma attack.

Staffordshire Ambulance Service has begun an internal inquiry after Ben Moston from Woodseaves village died in hospital in February.

In the House of Commons on Wednesday Health Minister Stephen Ladywood said there could be a public inquiry.

He was responding to questions from Conservative MP for Stone, Bill Cash.

Mr Cash said the tragedy of Ben's death has affected his family deeply and deserves further action.

He said: "No parent should lose a child and most definitely not due to the failure to act quickly and with expertise as we rightly expect from our emergency services."
