Protesters staging a sit-in at a park say they are not planning to move, five days into their demonstration.
They remain in a pavilion at Hanley Park in Stoke-on-Trent because they are upset over plans by the city council to turn it into a bar and restaurant.
The group want it to be available for the community to use and both adults and children have been demonstrating.
The council has said it has no option other than to get a court order to evict the protesters.
