Two teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of death by dangerous driving after a 17-year-old died in a crash in Stoke-on-Trent.
The M-registration dark blue Honda Accord he was travelling in hit a lamppost on Lightwood Road, in Longton, in the early hours of Monday.
A 16-year-old from Normacott has been bailed pending further inquiries.
An 18-year-old has been released without charge. Police in Longton have appealed for information.
The incident happened at about 0245 BST.
