Trailer crash pensioner is named
An elderly man who was killed when his car crashed into a parked lorry trailer near Lichfield has been named.

Brian Chatterton, who was 65, and from the Shenstone area, died in the accident on Sunday morning after his car came off Wood End Road in Fradley.

Staffordshire Police say the car, which was towing a trailer, smashed through the security fence of a storage compound and hit the lorry trailer.

A post mortem examination is due to take place on Tuesday.

Police say they do not think any other vehicles were involved.
