More than 270 people were searched and 52 people arrested during the V music festival at Weston Park.
Police say the majority of incidents were drug-related offences.
The arrests included a 33-year-old known offender, who was arrested for possession of ecstasy with intent to supply on Sunday.
Staffordshire Police say they were pleased with crowd behaviour at the weekend event on the Shropshire/Staffordshire border.
Seventy thousand fans attended the two day festival, which featured chart-topping acts including Coldplay, the Red Hot Chilli Peppers and David Gray.
And although there were long delays for people trying to leave the site on Sunday, chief constable Keith Walker said the event passed off peacefully with no major incidents.
