An East Sussex gardener has been given an Anti-Social Behaviour Order (Asbo) after complaints were made about the way he conducted his business.
Ten complaints about Mr Chapman had been made over the past year
Ten complaints were made about William Chapman, 48, from Oak Tree Lane, Eastbourne, over a 12-month period.
Mr Chapman received the six-month Asbo as he was cold-calling for business and escorting customers to the bank or cash machine to obtain money.
He has been banned from doing so and contacting previous customers.
The complaints were made about the gardener's business activities in the Eastbourne, Bexhill, Seaford and Hailsham areas.
East Sussex County Council's Trading Standards service said it was the first Asbo it had sought.
