A man has been charged with causing the deaths of three people from the same car, by driving without due care while under the influence of alcohol.
Luke Quinell, 25, from Grafton Street, Portsmouth, is due before Worthing magistrates in West Sussex on 15 March.
The charges relate to a crash involving a van and two cars on the A27 near Worthing on 22 December last year.
William Hancock, Sharon Hewer and Ivor Bingham were all pronounced dead at the scene after the collision.
Mr Quinell is also charged with failing to stop at the scene of an accident and failing to provide a name and address at the scene of an accident.
The crash happened outside the Coach and Horses public house on the A27.
