Ghostbusters explore ancient home
Michelham Priory
Several visitors claim to have seen ghosts at the 13th Century priory
A group of paranormal investigators will be trying to find out if reports of ghostly goings-on at an historic East Sussex house are true.

The researchers will attempt to gather evidence at Michelham Priory, near Eastbourne, on Saturday evening.

The 13th century priory, which was originally a church, has since been visited by a number of ghost-hunters.

Investigator Dave Wood said: "There have been enough sightings to warrant serious investigation."

A group of specially trained individuals from Paranormal Site Investigators have been called in to carry out the search.

They will use a range of high-tech equipment including ultrasonic sound detectors, electromagnetic field meters, spot and ambient temperature gauges, humidity and air pressure meters, and night vision video and photographic machines.

Michelham Priory recently featured in a television programme where groups of people explored the house looking for ghosts, many of whom claimed to have seen them.
