Five youths charged with murder

Police officers sealed off the High Street after the attack
Five teenagers are due in court charged with the murder of a 40-year-old man after a row outside his home.

Gary Rae, from Hailsham, East Sussex died on Sunday.

William Devall, 18, of Meadow Road, Hailsham and Shane Challice, 18, of South Road, Hailsham, are due before Eastbourne magistrates on Thursday.

A 15-year-old and two 17-year-olds, who cannot be named for legal reasons, will also appear in court. Two other youths have been released without charge.

Mr Rae, who lived in Hailsham High Street, was attacked near his home and died in Eastbourne District General Hospital.
