Mini golfers ready for tournament
Tiger Woods in practice at Royal St George's
Just like Tiger the boys started playing golf at the age of three
Five youngsters aged four and five will hope to become the next Tiger Woods when they compete on a full-size Sussex course for the first time.

The boys will play three holes in the 'Tiny Tees' golf tournament at Burgess Hill on Thursday.

Organiser Sarah Piper from Hurstpierpoint, came up with the idea after failing to find tuition for her three-year-old son.

World number one Woods also took up the sport at the age of three.

Mrs Piper said Tiger started copying his father's swing at six months old and at the age of three was able to shoot a 48 over nine holes at a Navy course in Cyprus.

All five boys in the tournament attend sessions at the Tiny Tees Golf club in Hurstpierpoint and Hove.
