Boy, 13, dies after A23 accident
A 13-year-old boy has died after a road collision outside a newly opened leisure centre in West Sussex.

The boy was hit by a car on the A23 at Broadfield, Crawley, on Saturday afternoon outside the K2 centre, which opened on Monday.

The teenager was taken to hospital but died shortly after arrival.

Sussex Police said the boy's identity would not be released before Monday. They are appealing for anyone who witnessed the accident to come forward.
