Former boxing champion Chris Eubank has appeared before Brighton magistrates accused of moving a beer lorry which he claims was blocking a road in the city.
The 38-year-old, of Upper Drive, Hove, who has an HGV licence, was driving his children to school when he allegedly moved the vehicle on 21 February.
He is accused of aggravated vehicle taking and driving away, and driving without insurance.
The case was adjourned until 30 March. Mr Eubank was given unconditional bail.
