Drug dealer spared jail sentence
Crack cocaine
Peter Aird had been caught trying to sell crack cocaine four times
A Brighton drug dealer has been spared jail after trying to sell crack cocaine to an undercover police officer.

Peter Aird, 27, formerly of Horton Street in Brighton but now living in London, admitted possession of the drug with intent to supply.

He also admitted a further charge of possession of a Class C drug.

Mrs Justice Rafferty gave Aird an 18-month drug treatment and testing order at Lewes Crown Court and told him he had been dealing in an evil trade.
