Police are appealing for witnesses to the blaze
The body of what is believed to be a 45-year-old man was found by Surrey Fire and Rescue in the remains of a burnt out van on Monday.

Rescue services were called after reports of a van on fire in Dean Lane, Hooley, at 1.42pm.

The body was found in the driver's seat of the burnt out white Transit. It is believed to be that of a Sydenham man recently reported missing.

Police are appealing for witnesses, but do not believe the death is suspicious.
