Mystery kind 'superhero' unmasked
Ivan Man
Ivan Man hid his identity and refused to reveal his benefactor
A self-styled superhero who carried out random acts of kindness on the streets of Brighton has been unmasked.

Caped crusader Ivan Man bounded up to people in the Sussex city offering them flowers, cash and gifts.

Other good deeds included paying for parking fines and groceries and helping people across the road.

Ivan Bunyard, 33, from Hove, revealed this week that he had been part of a nationwide stunt by ITV's This Morning into how people react to kindness.

Mark Powell, series producer of the daytime show, said: "This Morning decided to do this as a social experiment to find out how people react to random acts of kindness.

"We wanted to know whether we live in a nation that cares or are we so jaded by bad news that we only see the worst in people?"

The programme gave Ivan Man £250 a week to fund his generosity.
