Witness plea in kidnap incident

Police investigating an incident where two women were kidnapped, robbed and one sexually assaulted want to trace a witness who disturbed the attackers.

It happened in woodland between Leighton Road and Blackstock Road in Sheffield on 8 November

South Yorkshire detectives want to speak to a person who disturbed the offenders with torchlight.

Leonard Nshindano, 24, from Sheffield, has been charged with two counts of kidnap and two counts of robbery.

Officers also want to speak to two men, both black and in their earlier 20s in connection with the attack.
