Osmond has previous convictions for sexual and violent offences and is a high risk to the public, especially to vulnerable adults, said police.

He has not been seen at his home in Sheffield since 17 September. He is known to visit Leeds and Nottingham.

Osmond is 5ft 10ins tall (1.8m) and of stocky build with a reddish complexion, blue eyes and grey short hair which is receding and bald on top.
