Dead pair named as married couple

A man found dead in woods was the husband of a woman whose body was found an hour earlier, police have said.

Tracey Grinhaff, 42, was found dead at home in Aldham Crescent, Wombwell, near Barnsley, South Yorkshire, on Friday.

The body of her 44-year-old husband Gary, an electrical engineer, was found in nearby woods. Police said he had died of self-inflicted injuries.

A man arrested after the discovery of Mrs Grinhaff's body has been released without charge.

Officers said they expected no further action to be taken against him.

A South Yorkshire Police spokesman said: "We are, we reiterate, not looking for anyone else in connection with this incident."
