A second 14-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of a man who was attacked at a Sheffield tram stop.

Colin Greenwood, 45, of Dryden Road, was assaulted at the Middlewood tram stop on Friday and collapsed later as he got off a bus on Southey Green Road.

The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is due to appear before Sheffield Youth Court on Thursday.

Another 14-year-old boy appeared in court on Wednesday charged with murder and was remanded in custody.

A 36-year-old man from Middlewood was also arrested on Monday on suspicion of attempting to pervert the course of justice. He was later released on police bail.

A 17-year-old youth arrested earlier in the investigation was released without charge.
