Search continues for death driver
Detectives have urged a car driver who left a man dead after hitting him on a pedestrian crossing to give himself up.

Glynn Curry, 43, of Musgrave Place, Shirecliffe, Sheffield, died on his way to hospital after being run over in Shirecliffe Road on Friday night.

Officers believe the car - a silver VW Golf-style hatchback - was moving "at speed" with another small hatchback.

South Yorkshire Police said: "We would appeal for the driver to come forward and speak to us voluntarily."

Any witnesses to the collision are also asked to contact police.
