Drivers are told to remove the kits from parked cars

Car owners in South Yorkshire are being warned the number of satellite navigation and GPS warning systems stolen from vehicles is rising.
Police said there had been a significant increase in thefts in the Totley, Dore and Whirlowdale area in recent weeks.
A spokesman said the force is now looking at a number of schemes to tackle the problem in the district.
Drivers are being urged to remove property from cars when they are left.
Planned operations
Sgt Paul Ferguson, of South Yorkshire Police, said: "In recent weeks we have seen a rise in the reported incidents of theft.
"A number of police operations designed to tackle auto crime are planned for delivery throughout the summer.
"But I would remind people that the best way to reduce the risk of becoming a victim of auto crime is to remove property from the vehicle."
Satellite navigation systems are one of the latest gadgets being used by drivers where a voice and moving map directs drivers to locations.
The computers can pick the best routes as they hold maps and use satellite technology to pinpoint a location and help drivers complete their journey.
