Girls trapped under crashed car
Two teenagers were left trapped under a car when a driver lost control on a bend in Sheffield.

The girls were on Lydgate Lane in Cross Pool when the Subaru Impreza left the road and hit a tree, pinning the pair beneath it.

One girl, 15, was taken to Sheffield Children's Hospital with serious leg, foot and neck injuries.

A 13-year-old girl received minor injuries and was also taken to hospital for treatment. The driver was unhurt.
