Airport gets its place on the map
Work is under way to put one of the UK's newest airports firmly on the map.

Robin Hood Airport opened at the site of the former RAF Finningley in South Yorkshire in April.

Now, following consultation between the airport and Highways Agency, it is to be included on signs being installed on the motorway network around Doncaster.

The airport is also working with the AA to include its location on website mapping software so motorists can plan their route before their holidays.
