Alarms taken by DIY store raiders
Thieves got away with burglar alarms during a raid on a DIY store in Sheffield, police have revealed.

The alarms, together with shower fittings and lighting equipment, were taken from Wickes on Rutland Road on Sunday night.

The stolen goods are said to be worth an undisclosed amount running into thousands of pounds.

The alarms and fittings were marked with the distinct Wickes DIY chain logo, police said.
