Motorcyclist dies after car smash

A motorcyclist has died after being trapped under a car following a crash in Doncaster.

The biker, who was around 40, but has not been named, collided with a taxi and fire crews had to release the man from underneath the vehicle.

The accident happened on West Lane, in Sykehouse, at about 1930 BST on Wednesday. He died at the scene.

An investigation into the crash has been launched by South Yorkshire Police.
