Man arrested over stabbing death

A man has been arrested in connection with the stabbing police said

A man has been arrested following a fatal stabbing at a Somerset flat.

Police and paramedics were called to the property in Barrows House, Tween Town, Cheddar, just before 1100 BST on Sunday.

The air ambulance was called to the scene to transfer the injured man to hospital but he died en route.

A suspect was arrested in the area of the attack at about 1245 BST and is being interviewed by police in connection with the death.
