The former factory was involved in sheepskin and leather production

A group of about 15 people who have been occupying a building in Somerset to prevent demolition have agreed to leave the premises on Tuesday.
The protesters took up residence at the derelict factory in the Morlands Business Park in Glastonbury and had demanded a "proper consultation".
Owners, South West Regional Development Agency (RDA) said they had to act quickly because the building is unsafe.
Demolition was due to start on 5 January and be completed by February.
The decision to vacate the property follows a private meeting with members of the South West Regional Development Agency (RDA) on Monday.
A public meeting will now be held over the derelict building's future.
Carl Budden, head of regeneration at the RDA, said: "Today's meeting went well. We have listened to their concerns and are pleased that the protestors have agreed to leave the red brick building.
"However, this is a dangerous building which poses a serious risk to members of the public so the two-week notice period is conditional on there being no further occupation of the building."
The RDA had originally hoped the building could be refurbished but have decided the safety risks are too high.
