Pub car park death victim named

A 40-year-old man who died after being struck by a car near the car park of a pub in Bath has been named as Christopher Philip.

Police were called to the Full Moon in the Twerton area of the city on Sunday evening after reports of the incident.

A 44-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of murder and remained in police custody on Tuesday.

Mr Philip was taken to the Royal United Hospital where he died. Police have appealed for witnesses.
