Man dies after being hit by car

A man in his 30s has died after being struck by a car near the car park of a pub in Bath.

Police were called to the Full Moon in the Twerton area of the city on Sunday evening after reports of the incident.

A 44-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of murder and is being held in police custody.

The victim was taken to the Royal United Hospital where he died later. Witnesses to the incident at 2115 BST are asked to contact police.
