Fatal crash woman's name released
A 47-year-old woman who died in a car collision in Somerset has been named.

Emma Saffrey Joynson, from Bath, died when a BMW 318i travelling eastbound on the A303 collided with a Vauxhall Astra coming in the opposite direction.

The accident happened on Sunday in Whitelackington. The bypass was closed east and westbound between Southfields and Hayes End for nearly six hours.

The driver of the BMW, a man in his 20s, was taken to hospital in Taunton. Police are appealing for witnesses.
