A Somerset quiz show fanatic has won the jackpot on the television programme Who Wants to be a Millionaire?
Ingram Wilcox, 61, a civil servant from Bath, has become the first person to win the top prize on the ITV1 show in two-and-a-half years.
He first appeared on the show in 2004, but failed to get past the "fastest finger first" round.
Mr Wilcox was said to be "absolutely delighted" at winning the £1m prize after answering 15 questions correctly.
He got over the final hurdle when host Chris Tarrant asked him: "Which of the following boxers rang the J. Arthur Rank gong?".
Mr Wilcox answered correctly: "Bombardier" Billy Wells.
The show where Mr Wilcox wins is due to be aired on Saturday 16 September.
Millionaire's first winner was Judith Keppel, a distant cousin of Camilla Parker Bowles, in 2000.
April 2004 Patrick Gibson, 42, from Wigan, Greater Manchester, also won £1m on ITV1's Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?
