Gypsies place land advertisement
Gypsies who face eviction from a field in North Curry, Somerset, are now advertising for another plot of land to convert into a settlement.

The 16 families who own the five-acre site in Oxen Lane were refused planning permission in December 2004.

They have now placed an advert in the Somerset County Gazette for land in the Taunton Deane area to "make into a gypsy site".

Villagers were "outraged" when they moved onto the site last October.
