Residents in Somerset are being asked to give their views on transport in the county and how the council should spend a £20m budget.
Somerset County Council has to spend £4.5m on integrated transport plans, and £15m to £18m on maintenance.
But councillors say that good plans could attract an extra 25% in funding from central government.
Mike O'Dowd-Jones, from the council, said: "Public feedback is a very important part of the strategy."
