Police want to trace a dark-coloured Volvo estate L649 LUG
The registration number of a car police are trying to find in relation to a fatal hit-and-run collision in Somerset has been released.

In August 83-year-old Diana Phillips died after she was hit by a car in Vallis Road in Frome.

The registration of the dark coloured Volvo estate police wish to eliminate from their enquiries is L649 LUG.

A 26-year-old man from the Frome area has been arrested and released on bail pending further enquiries.

Great-grandmother Mrs Phillips had been visiting her husband in a nearby residential home when she was struck crossing the road.
