Artists to record rail travellers
The habits and faces of Somerset rail passengers are to be recorded by travelling artists in residence.

Three artists will be riding Wessex Trains in September and October looking for inspiration among the carriages.

Bronwen Bradshaw will be encouraging people to do drawings that will go into print, while Jenni Dutton will be looking at their luggage.

Leo Saunders will record images using digital technology such as mobile phones and display it on the internet.

The artists will be working on routes from Bristol to Taunton and Weymouth.

The Moving On project was organised by National Express Group train company, Wessex Trains and Somerset Art Weeks.
