Morris men toast historic troupe
Around 70 morris dancers have descended on Bathampton to celebrate the village troupe's 70th anniversary.

Members of the group were joined by former dancers from as far afield as Spain and Luxembourg for the event.

The morris dancers toured Bath and parts of Wiltshire on Saturday. A special display was held in Bathampton on Sunday morning.

The troupe was formed in the 1930s by Charlotte Oakey, the then headmistress of the village school.
