A man has died after a car crashed into a house a year after a fatal accident at the same spot.
The man, who has not been named, was driving a Vauxhall Corsa along the A361 at Havyatt in Somerset, when it hit the building at 0200 BST on Tuesday.
He was cut out of the car and taken to the Royal United Hospital in Bath by air ambulance, but died later.
The house, which was empty, had just been renovated after a woman died after crashing into it on 4 April last year.
Britannia Arabella Elliot Barritt, 19, from the Fulham area of London, was a passenger in a Leyland DAF panel van which collided with the house - she died at the scene.
The family who lived in the house at the time were so upset by the accident that they moved away, and repairs to the building had only recently been completed.
Council workers have declared the building unsafe and the road alongside remains closed.
Police accident investigators are examining the scene to discover what caused the crash.
Officers say the man who died was from the local area, but he has not been formally identified.
