Murder investigation body exhumed

Trevor Bradley
Mr Bradley was an antiques dealer

An antiques dealer's body has been exhumed as part of a "cold case" inquiry into his death 15 years ago.

Trevor Bradley's body was found in his burned out car in a field close to Melverley, Shropshire, in April 1994.

No-one is currently under arrest but police have previously said they believe several people were involved in his death.

A £10,000 reward is being offered for information about the 53-year-old's death.

Det Insp Andy Parsons said the decision to exhume the body was made after significant information came to light.

He added that he hoped it would go some way to explaining exactly how he died and help bring those responsible to justice.

Family and friends have been consulted over the matter and the body will be reburied on Friday.

Mr Bradley lived in Ludlow and had strong connections with Shrewsbury, particularly the Monkmoor area.

He was also well known in Leominster.
