Fire damages commercial laundry

Crews were called to the scene on Monday evening

A commercial laundry in Shropshire has been damaged by fire.

Crews were called to Halesfield Industrial Estate in Telford late on Monday evening.

Two fire engines from Tweedale, two from Wellington and one each from the centre of Telford and Albrighton were sent to the scene.

Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service was called to the unit, which processes linens for the hotel industry, at about 2245 GMT.
