Mr Smith said a bailiff has been to see him

A man with severe memory problems is hoping to get £1,000 worth of parking fines written off.
Nick Smith, 60, from Oswestry, Shropshire, said he has had problems with his memory since a suffering a stroke 15 years ago.
He has a letter from Shropshire Primary Care Trust explaining that he finds paying bills difficult.
Traffic wardens ParkRight said it is aware of the case and is working to resolve the issue with him.
Mr Smith, a disabled driver with restricted mobility, added that the fines date back to November 2006.
'Ridiculous proportions'
He explained that the letter from Shropshire Primary Care Trust said: "He will find it difficult ... to do things to a given deadline. This will include making payments, be these regular or occasional."
Mr Smith said he had not paid what he should have done because he had forgotten, and hoped the fines would be written off.
He added: "They did send a bailiff who was knocking on the door one day and told me he was about to take the car and crush it in a machine or something.
"I argued with him and he went away and I haven't seen him since.
"It's getting to ridiculous proportions now."
The way parking regulations are enforced in Shropshire transferred from police to the local authorities in November 2006.
ParkRight is the brand name for a partnership of Shropshire County Council and the district and borough councils in Shropshire.
